She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "C. W." Tebelman. She is survived by: her brother Jackie Doane (Carol) of Berry; her nieces, Angie Cleveland (Charles) of Williamstown and Barbara Dixon (Dennis) of Berry; her nephew Greg Evans of Williamstown; her great-nieces, Lauryn Cleveland, Shelby Evans and Kassidy Evans; her great-nephew Shea Evans; and her sister-in-law Sandra Lillard of Florence.
