She is survived by: her close friend Danny Bowles; her stepmother Debbie Sparkman; her sons, Korbin and Koltin Willard; her siblings, Kenneth Sparkman, James Cook, Donna Sparkman, Marie Quinley (Dennis) and Crystal Sparkman (Lisa Williams); her cousin Missi Duff (Brady); and her pet London. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
