We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2019, at the age of 66, Warren Wallen (Williamsport, Kentucky), born in Paintsville, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Warren Wallen to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Betty Preston Wallen and Virgil Wallen; his wife Paula Joy Wallen; his daughter Ashley Trusty of Salyersville; and his granddaughter Henley Nicole Trusty.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in Kevin's honor by contacting the Preston Funeral Home at 606-789-4212.
