She was predeceased by: her parents, Leander McKeehan and Mamie McKeehan; her husband Harold Faulkner; her siblings, Bill (Freddie), Lowell (Maggie) and Azelene Teague (Elmer); and her brother-in-law Jim McCormick.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Shelby Debbie Jo (Bryan); her grandchildren, Kimberly, John Christopher, Melissa, Aaron and Steven; and her sister Joy McCormick. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
