He is survived by: his father Kenneth Lowe (Pamela Lowe); his son Karter William Foster Lowe of Williamsburg, Kentucky.; his sisters, Crystal Rainwater (Chris) of Williamsburg and Kelly Lowe (Brad Redding) of Taylor, MI.; his nephew Elliot Raymond; and his nieces, Kaylee Redding, Lyla Rose Redding, Natalya Redding, Evelynn Redding and Jaycee Redding. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and other family and friends.
