He was predeceased by: his wife Jaola Prichard Siler; and his siblings, Joel Siler, Earl Siler, Lowell Siler, Nona Perkins, Opal Partin and IvaJean Campbell.

He is survived by: his sons, Tim (Lisa) of Meadow Creek, Mark (Jenniefer) of Barbourville and Jimmy (Lisa) of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Kevin, Nathan and Anna; his brother Wilbert (Bert); and his wife Bessie of Meadow Creek.

In Lieu of Flowers, contributions may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
