He is survived by: his parents, Wesley Ray Goins, Sr. and Dottie Goins (Satterfield) of Williamsburg; his siblings, Mylinda Jones of Williamsburg, Whitney Johnson (Paul) of Williamsburg and Cody Goins of Williamsburg; and his nieces and nephews, Krista Jones, Madison Jones, David Jones, Adalee Jones and Bellah Johnson.
