He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Jocelyn and Leone Smith Jocelyn; his children, Danny, Brian and Ellen Jocelyn; and his siblings, Charles Jocelyn, Loraine Harkless and Louise Hoskins.
He is survived by: his wife Nadine Jocelyn of Williamsburg, KY; his daughter Pam Rogge (Stuart) of Jeffersonville, IN; his grandchildren, Tara Stepro (Chris) and Kelsie Moore (D. J.); his great grandchildren, Kaeleigh Stepro, Emily Stepro, Trey Moore, Harper Moore and Amelia Moore; and his siblings-in-law, Junior Boyd, Vernon Hill, Thelma Gilmore, Verna Hill and Nancy Lawson.
