He was predeceased by: his grandson Gilce Allen Davis; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Stines. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Stines Davis of Williamsburg; his children, Vickie Ross (Tony) of Williamsburg, Andy Stines of Williamsburg, April Davis Bentley (Rodney) of Neon, Brian Davis of Williamsburg and Danielle Davis of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Jeff Avery, Jeremy Avery, Candice Stines, Brianna Stines, Andrew Chad Stines, Ethan Davis and Logan Bentley; his great grandchildren, Cadance Avery, Jaslynn Watkins and Baylee Lawson; and his siblings, Joyce Thomas of Williamsburg, Louise Rose of Williamsburg, Patsy Henry of Leesburg, Larry Davis of Williamsburg and Mike.
