He was predeceased by: his parents, Henderson Foley and Laura Foley (Rose); his wife Ruth Foley (Prewitt); his grandson Doug Meadors; and his brothers, Pascal Foley, Paul Foley and Tom Foley.
He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Meadors of Williamsburg and Edwin Foley (Janice) of Williamsburg; his grandson Chad Foley of Williamsburg; his great grandchild Dylan Meadors of London; and his granddaughter-in-law Debra Arnold of London.
