He is survived by: his wife Norma Decker (Mayo) of Williamsburg; his children, Amy Nicole Decker, Steve Wade Decker (Tosha) of Williamsburg, Kala Leann Sowinski (Matt) of Williamsburg, Dustin Decker (Caitlyn) of Williamsburg and Justin Decker of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Decker, Maggie Decker, Lila Decker, Rilyn Decker, Damian Sowinski and Trinity Sowinski; and his sister Kris Lewis (Vaughn Walters) of Williamsburg.
