She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Richmond and Mildred Richmond (Blakley); her sons-in-law, Walter B. Powers Jr. and Johnnie Powers; and her great grandchild Holly Lee Ann Powers.
She is survived by: her husband Donnie Ray Petrey of Williamsburg; her daughters, Roberta Petrey Powers of Keavy, Charolette Petrey of Florence and Suzanna Petrey Powers (Robert Moody) of Keavy, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Anthony Powers, Heather Leach, Kristi Douglas, Walter Powers III, Hunter Powers, Isabella Randle, Michael Petrey, Emmaleigh Powers, Chelsea Powers, Clarissa Powers, Parker Powers-Moody, Nathan Moody and Natalie Moody; and her siblings, Elvin Lee Blakley (Tammy) of Williamsburg, Brenda Wortham (Ed) of Williamsburg and Susie Mahan of Williamsburg.
