He was predeceased by: his parents, Ancil Paul and Eliza Paul (Hatfield); his nephew Jacob; his niece Miranda; his great-niece Isabella; and his sisters-in-law, Judy and Henrietta.
He is survived by: his children, Ashley Nicole Storms (Cody) and Josua Allen Storms; his grandsons, Leon Kieff, Xavier Grant and Tony; and his brothers, Ronald (Gena), Lonnie, Eddie, Denny (Dawn) and Johnny.
