Bunch, Jr. (Susan); his niece Suzanne Baker; his great-nephews, Justin Christian and Matthew Christian; his niece Leslie Curl; his great-niece Naomi; his niece Kelli Bunch; his nephew Larry Patrick (Tammy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Gabrielle, Hunter and Cassidy; his nephew Dr. Charles K. Bunch (Victoria); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Camden and Emma; and his nephew Nathan Johnson.
