He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Manuel Meadors and Tilda Meadors (Fore); and his siblings, Ina Lou Amburgey, Hazel Meadors and Don Meadors.
He is survived by: his daughters, Felisha Faye Prewitt (Jamie) of Williamsburg and Monica Maye Partin (Eric) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Gracie, Gabe, Raelynn, Madison, Piper and Walker; and his siblings, Doyle Meadors of Williamsburg, Kentucky and Barbara Ruth Bryant of Williamsburg, Kentucky.
