She was predeceased by: her parents, Bluford Carter and Icie Carter (Sulfridge); her husband James Alfred Patrick; her children, Connie Patrick, Corllis Patrick, Linda Wilson, Jimmy Patrick, Carl Patrick and Lola Elizabeth Patrick; and her grandchildren, Josh Randall Wilson and Kimberly Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Fore of Williamsburg, Reba Wenger (Ray) of Burlington, Patsy Shelton of Falmouth, Jessie Collins of Williamsburg, Johnny Patrick (Kay) of Fourmile, Teresa Lay (Jonathan) of Holly Hill and Bernice Riga (Mark) of Cleves, Ohio; and her half-siblings, Carl Carter of Corbin and Ann Carter of Whitley County, Kentucky. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren.
