She was predeceased by: her father Donald L. Kelley; her husband Ray Duane Kier; her son Shannon Kier; and her grandsons, Aaron Lawson and Lee Kier.
She is survived by: her children, Amber Strunk (Rick) of Williamsburg, KY, Jill Kier of Williamsburg, KY and Gerald Kier of Meadville, PA; and her siblings, Jodie Rowley, Eugene Kelley, Dana Shane Kelley, Jamie Kelley, Allen Kelley, Larry Kelley, Chris Kelley and Stephen Kelley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
