He was predeceased by: his brother David Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Mullins (Swain) of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Erinn Williams (Seth), Blake Mullins Esq, Eric Poore, Alec Poore, Evan Poore and Mason Manning; his siblings, Benny Mullins (Brenda) of London and Cotella England of Springfield; his sister-in-law Sandra Mullins of Harlan; and his aunt Helen Short of Michigan.
