She is survived by: her children, Denise Holly of Corbin and William Cox (Donna) of Science Hill; her grandchildren, Barron Cox, Liam Cox, Emily Holly and Sara Holly; her brothers, Jerry Childress of Corbin and Roger Childress of Fort Myers; and her sister-in-law Judith Wakefield of Vero Beach, Florida.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
