He was predeceased by: his parents, Dempsey Roberts and Nannie Roberts (Vaughn); his siblings, Virginia Sue Roberts and Dennie Maxwell Roberts; and his brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Wolfgang.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Roberts (Wolfgang) of Williamsburg, KY; his daughters, Laura Lewis (Steve) of Gray, KY and Amy Bowman (Jonathan) of Williamsburg, KY; his stepson Robert Isaacs (Robin) of Plano, TX; his grandchildren, Cody (Erin), Emily, Hannah (Frankie), Hunter, Haylee, Easton, Gunner, Abbye and Annabelle; his brother Cecil Roberts (Wanda); and his siblings-in-law, Steve Wolfgang (Bonnie), Mary Kubin and Betty Wakefield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews.
Due to his love of children, Biblical values, and education, the family asks that in lieu of flowers make donations in Russell's name to Faith Christian Academy (Williamsburg, KY).
