He is survived by: his sons, David Perkins (Patty) of Williamsburg and Scott Perkins (Rhonda) of Cartersville; his grandchildren, Matthew Perkins, Sarah Perkins and Landon Perkins (Dondra); his great grandchildren, Emberly Jo Perkins, Lincoln Scott Perkins and Chloe Warren; and his siblings, Toni Lawson of Ohio, Loretta Duncan of Ohio, Artie Douglas of Ohio and Harvey Perkins of McCreary Co.
