Brian Capps (Shannon) of Walton, KY, Tana Culbertson (Adam) of Owenton, KY, Amanda Srakovcic (Chris) of Newburgh, IN and Tasha Reckelhoff (Aaron) of Evansville, IN. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
