She is survived by: her husband Dennis Grubb of Goose Rock, Kentucky; her sons, Ricky Grubb (Paula) of Corbin and Randy Grubb of Manchester, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Lucas Grubb and Logan Grubb; and her brother Monroe Smallwood of Gary, Indiana.
