He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Partin and Grace Osborne Partin; his daughter Alisha Partin; and his grandson Dempsey Partin Ballou. He is survived by: his wife Lena Partin of Williamsburg, KY; his daughters, Nicki Yarbrough of Williamsburg, KY and Angie Ballou (Dan) of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Makayla Yarbrough, Morgan Yarbrough, Bailee Hall (Traven), Kailee Wilson (Donnie) and Chaynee Jarboe; his great grandchild Jett Hall; and his brothers, L. P. Partin (Kay) of Williamsburg, KY, Claude Partin (Pat) of Corbin, KY, Jerrol Partin (Martha) of Powell, TN and Bruce Partin (Fay) of Williamsburg, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
