He was predeceased by: his father Robert Pete; his wife Mary Perkins; his grandson Roy Lee Perkins; his sister Ella; his grandmother Lou (Cleta); and his brothers, Delmer, Charles, Clarence and Lincoln.
He is survived by: his sons, Roy Perkins of Williamsburg, KY, Tommy Perkins (Debbie) of Williamsburg, KY and Daniel Perkins (Linda) of Williamsburg, KY; and his sister Della Meadors of Williamstown, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
