He is survived by: his wife Mary Sweet; his sons, Alan Sweet (Marsha Moses) and Tim Sweet; his daughter-in-law Jenny; his stepdaughters, Tiffany Smiddy (Kevin) and Trina White; his grandchildren, Allyson O'Kuma (Saxon), Trevor Sweet, Grace Clark, Savanna Howell (Chris), Presley and Meredith Smiddy; and his great grandchild Stella Roe O'Kuma.
