He is survived by: his wife Sue Byrd of Williamsburg, KY; his daughter Karen Renee Byrd of Williamsburg, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Byrd of Williamsburg, KY and Charles Peace of Williamsburg, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Samaritan's Purse.
