He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Lawson; his children, Jessie Lawson, Brittany Lawson, Bobby Hamblin, Danny Mays, Roy Gene Mays and Jacquelyn Curnutt; his grandchild Cameron Mays; and his siblings, Carolyn Rickett (Mac), Diana Stevens (Larry), Kathy Powers (Dave), Thelma Foley (Arthur), Connie Lambdin (Dave), Molly Partin, Stacey Lawson, Neddie Mac Lawson (Bobbie) and David Lawson. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
