He is survived by: his siblings, Joan Wilson of Elkhorn City, KY, Jack Powers, Jr. (Monika) of Westland, MI, Edward Powers (Kathy) of Williamsburg, KY and Vernon Powers (Nellie) of Williamsburg, KY.
