He was predeceased by: his cousins, Caston Carr, Dempsey Ballou, Matthew Partin and Alicia Partin; his brother James Folse; his great-grandparents, Luther, Grace Partin, Adriel, Harold Folse Sr., Eva Ardlia, Buren Corbett Hatoway, Christine Spillman and Ray James Spillman; and his grandfather Howard Gruchow.
He is survived by: his parents, Amanda Kay Partin Hummel and Ray James Folse; his siblings, Michael Folse, Colby Folse, Bandy Folse and Mindy Celestine; his stepfather Nicholas Hummel; his stepbrothers, Ian and Caleb Hummel; and his grandparents, L. P., Kay Partin, Sue Folse and Harold Folse, Jr..
