He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Monhollen and Thelma Rains Smallwood Monhollen. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Taylor of London and Tyler Taylor (Chelsea) of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Conner Taylor, Serenity Taylor, Isabella Taylor, Layla Taylor and Levi Taylor; and his siblings, Donna Meadors of Corbin and Jimmy Smallwood of Williamsburg.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ellison Funeral Home (512 Main St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
