He is survived by: his wife Florene Sizemore; his brother-in-law Paul; his children, Dan Pridemore (Kendra) of Howell, MI and Jen Lieto (Joe) of Canton, MI; his grandchildren, Jacob Pridemore, Katelyn Polich and Mitchell Polich; his siblings, Shelby Pridemore (Gloria) of Amarillo, TX and Alma Powers (Paul) of Corbin, KY; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Powers (Jamie) of Corbin, KY, David Pridemore and Kim Pridemore Lee; his great-niece Maggie Powers of Corbin, KY; and his great-nephews, Jonathan Lee and Jack Pridemore.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in J.D.'s memory to one of the following: Old Calvin Prichard Cemetery Fund, Highland Park Baptist Church, VNA Hospice of London, KY or your local hospice program, A Local charity supporting Cancer patients and survivors.
