We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2020, at the age of 67, Phillip Merl Carpenter (Williamsburg, Kentucky), born in Jellico, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Merl L. Carpenter and Rosie Carpenter (Anderson); and his sister Sharon Williford. He is survived by: his aunt Lois Rooks of Williamsburg; his niece Shelley Williford of Toledo, Ohio; his nephew Ben Williford II of Toledo, Ohio; and his friend Donna Martin.

Due to the restrictions on the funeral home during the Covid-19 outbreak, all services will be private.
