He was predeceased by: his brother Lee Privett. He is survived by: his wife Delores Privett of Williamsburg; his children, James Privett (Sherry) of Siler, Annette Privett (Steven Noe) of Corbin, Arthur "Charlie" Privett (Bonnie) of Williamsburg and Rebecca Parker (Daryl) of Williamsburg; and his sister Pauline Cox of Williamsburg. He is also survived by grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes contributions be made to the funeral home in memory of Paul Privett.
