She is survived by: her children, Samantha Burton (Kenneth) of Corbin, Kentucky and Freddie Wayne Maggard II of Versailles, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Alli Burton, Keaton Burton (Becca), Clai Maggard and Ellie Maggard; and her siblings, Harold Meade (Jan) and Eunice Seals.
