He is survived by: his children, Margerett Hall (David) of Keavy, Mark Burdette Petrey of McCreary County and Joshua Petrey (Flecia) of Williamsburg; and his grandchildren, Kaelin Hurst (Brandon), David Samuel Hall (Mercedes), Markus Petrey (Chelsey), Jarred Perry (Shelby), Johnathan Perry, Joshua Petrey, Abigayle Petrey, Michael Todd (Brianna) and Eli Smith. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
