It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nora Dee Keith of Williamsburg, Kentucky, born in Jellico, Tennessee, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Rev. Clarence Perry; and her siblings, Faye Winchester, Armalee Perry, Earl Perry, Ronnie Perry and Luther Perry.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sulia Trammell (Austin) of Cincinnati, OH, Barbara Stacy of Cincinnati, OH, Clayton Perry (Ester) of Florence, KY and Victor Baldwin of Williamsburg, KY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
