Muriel Louise Thompson Stephens Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Muriel Louise Thompson Stephens (Williamsburg, Kentucky), who passed away on November 5, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her son Donnie Williams; her parents, John Thompson and Dora Murphy Thompson; and her siblings, Morris Thompson, Earl Thompson, Betty Thompson and Johnny Roy Thompson. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren; her sister, Betty Thompson Phillips and family; her brother, Roy Thompson and family; her nieces and nephews from her brothers that have gone on and her sister-in-law Flora Stephens Sexton and family, and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the church of your choice or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
