She is survived by: her sons, Brian Adkins (Ruby) of Williamsburg and Ralph Edward Adkins (Gail) of Williamsburg; her grandchildren, Travis Adkins (Mary), Willie Adkins (Chasity), Eddie Adkins and LeAnn Smith (James); her great grandchildren, Noah Ray Adkins, Chelsie Adkins, Hailey Adkins and Ellie Smith; her sister-in-law Sherill Lynn Cooper of Williamsburg, Kentucky.; her caregivers, Haley Fuston Fannin of Williamsburg and Janey Donley of Jellico, Tennessee.; her nieces and nephews, Melanie Hartzel, Greg Cooper, Michael Hartzel, Cody Cooper, Sharron Jurski and Robert Siler; and her grandchildren, Stapleton, Pat Harper, Penny Davenport, Tammy Kenber, Russell Leach and Stephen Siler.
