He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Eugene Crow and Margie Louise Crow-Stone (Green); his son David Eugene Crow; and his brother Charles Green (Sue). He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Crow of Radcliff, KY.; his children, Kristy Daugherty (Richard) of Elizabethtown, KY and Kevin Phelps of Elizabethtown, KY.; and his grandchildren, Chandler Phelps, Kristopher Daugherty, Tony Daugherty and Maggie Phelps.
