He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harrison and Bernice Lois Smith Garrett; and his sister Charlene Davidson. He is survived by: his wife Ella Garrett of Williamsburg, KY; his sons, Michael Garrett of Williamsburg, KY and Jimmy Garrett (Ica) of Corbin, KY; his grandsons, Trevor Garrett of Fort Campbell, KY and Kyle Garrett of Corbin, KY; his brother Jimmy Garrett of Hamilton, OH; and his daughter-in-law Janet Jones of Somerset, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
