She is survived by: her husband Robert Perkins of Williamsburg, KY; her sons, Roy Perkins of Williamsburg, KY, Tommy Perkins (Debbie) of Williamsburg, KY and Daniel Perkins (Linda) of Williamsburg, KY; and her brother Paul Cox of Cleveland, TN. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
