She is survived by: her husband Chester Chambers; her children, Gary "Pete" Chambers (Faye) of Williamsburg Kentucky, Dennis Chambers of Hazard Kentucky, Brenda Douglas (Tim) of Toledo and Debbie Long (Larry) of Maumee; and her grandchildren, Jesse Chambers (Erica), Danny Thomas (Stephanie), Brooke Davidson (Ryan), Holly Douglas, Hannah Douglas, Andrew Douglas, Kayla Long, Katelyn Long and Adelynn Long. She is also survived by loving great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other significant family members and special friends.
