It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Rains (Williamsburg, Kentucky), who passed away on July 15, 2019, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Stallard; her stepfather Earl Fee; and her siblings, Lynda Donnelly and Herbert W. Stallard, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Dolores Stallard (Mays); her husband Stephen Rains of Williamsburg, KY; her children, Amelia Fuston (Michael) of Williamsburg, KY, Kenneth Wayne Rains of Richmond, KY and Rose Burchett (John) of Austin, TX.; and her sisters, Dana Smith (Steve) of Defiance, Cheryl Edwards of Defiance and Kimberly Greear (James) of Defiance. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
