He is survived by: his children, Haley Cummins (Blake) of Jellico, Lonnie Earl Ball, IV of Muncie, Michelle Ball of Muncie, Della Jones of Williamsburg and Jamie Jones of Williamsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Colton Jones, Sam Jones, Javon Wallace, Olivia Cummins and Layla Cummins; his siblings, Diana Brooks (James) of Lakeland, Christy Davis (Chris) of Williamsburg, Angela Helton of Williamsburg, Tara Day (James) of Simpsonville, Megan Hughes (Jake) of Corbin, Kentucky, Marvin Helton (Sabrina) of Rockholds and Frank Helton (Erma) of Rockholds, Kentucky; and his stepfather Franklin Helton, Sr. of Williamsburg, Kentucky.
