He is survived by: his mother Michele Adkins of Williamsburg, Kentucky; his son Cash Lee Burnett; his siblings, Rebecca Adkins (Joey Isaac), Dalton Adkins and Matthew Adkins; his grandparents, Onard and Dorothy Adkins of Williamsburg, Kentucky; his nieces, Aubrey Adkins and London Isaac; his nephew Bradley Isaac; his aunts and uncles, Tammy Jones, Angela Helton (Gillis), Robert Adkins, Johnny Adkins (Tina) and Darrell Adkins (Kim); and his cousins, Shawn Moses, Tyler Campbell, Darren, Devin Adkins, Joey Lee Adkins (Autumn), Bryanna Harris (Bradley), Sabrina Moses, Cody Moses and Brandon Adkins (Miranda). He is also survived by several other cousins, family and friends.
