He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee G. Durham and Dixie Holt Durham; and his sister Grace Faulkner. He is survived by: his wife Janis; his children, Lee G. Durham III (Brandi), Lara Lee Harris (John), Jason William Durham and Tacy Jane Boles (Mark); his grandchildren, Katie Grace, Mallory Elizabeth, Samuel Jonathan, Jackson Holt, Levi Graydon and Sophia Ruth; and his son Mark Sizemore (Vanessa).
