He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Robbins and Clara Peace Robbins; and his brothers, Lee Robbins and Randy Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Robbins of Williamsburg; his children, Meagan Robbins Kersey of Dayton, Matt Robbins of Williamsburg and Kevin Robbins of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Harlow Kersey of Dayton and Jace Robbins of Williamsburg; and his parents-in-law, Onnie and Betty Meadors of Williamsburg.
