He is survived by: his mother Nancy Faye Barton (Smith); his brother Brandon Barton; his nephew Cameron Barton of Williamsburg; his niece Emberlyn Barton of Williamsburg; his aunts, Donna Jones of Corbin, Jenny Davis, Wilkie of Williamsburg, Jean Barton of Corbin and Bonnie Richardson of Williamsburg; and his cousin Tony Barton of Corbin.
