He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mills Harp; his children, Rachel Elizabeth Harp Smiddy (Ned) and Jacob Lee Harp; his sister Karen Sue Powell (Willie) of Pleasant View; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Mills (Pam) of South Carolina, Roger Dale Mills of Williamsburg and Karen Lynn Harp of Pleasant View. He is also survived by his family and friends.
